Daubrite® Foam Cushions, Protects Parts
Flexible, non-abrasive Daubrite foam is ideal for protecting electronics, sensitive subassemblies and valuable equipment. The soft, open cell foam cushions the part against damage while the VCI action prevents corrosion from forming inside the packaging environment. It is designed for use on steel, copper, zinc, and multi-metals.

Daubrite foam is not affected by humidity, condensation, dirt, or changes in the exterior environment, making it ideal for export shipments. It also leaves no residue to affect the performance of part. The item emerges ready to use immediately, without additional cleaning or rework.

Standard Daubrite foam is blue. It is sold in cases of 10” x 10” x 1/4” pads; 250 pads per case. It is also available in custom sizes and rolls.

Daubrite 3F foam emitters

When exposed metal needs corrosion protection inside a small space, a Daubrite 3F emitter is the best, most economical, and effective solution. Each individually wrapped, 1” x 3” piece of foam is saturated with proven Daubert Cromwell VCI chemistry to keep metal corrosion-free. Protects 1 cu. ft. for up to 24 months. Peel-away adhesive on the back allows easy installation to virtually every surface. Ideal for:
